Job Responsibilities &ndash;<ul><li>Maintain and record all financial transactions related to the building project.</li><li>Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.</li><li>Handle payments to contractors, vendors, and suppliers with proper documentation.</li><li>Reconcile site expenses, material purchases, and petty cash records.</li><li>Maintain ledgers for project-wise expenses and revenue tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for financial updates.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements and progress reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with taxation, withholding, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits related to project finances.</li><li>Monitor overall cash flow and report to management regularly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
