 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Represent clients before courts of first instance, appeal courts, and cassation courts within the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend hearings, prepare pleadings, and present oral and written arguments in court.
 </li>
 <li>
 File and respond to claims, appeals, and other court submissions on behalf of clients or the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and oversee all stages of the litigation process, including case assessment, evidence preparation, and enforcement of judgments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with government authorities, court clerks, and legal experts as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, HR, finance) for case preparation and risk assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress and expected outcomes.
 </li>

 Nationality:
 
 Emirati (UAE National)
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited UAE or international university.
 
 
 
 License:
 
 Registered and licensed to appear before UAE courts (Federal and/or local courts).
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 2&ndash;7 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil, commercial, criminal, or labor law.
 
 
 
 Language Skills:
 
 Excellent command of Arabic (required) and good proficiency in English.
 
 
 
 Technical Skills:

 Strong knowledge of UAE laws, civil and criminal procedures.

 Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong drafting and analytical skills.
 </li>
