Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts of first instance, appeal courts, and cassation courts within the UAE.
• Attend hearings, prepare pleadings, and present oral and written arguments in court.
• File and respond to claims, appeals, and other court submissions on behalf of clients or the organization.
• Manage and oversee all stages of the litigation process, including case assessment, evidence preparation, and enforcement of judgments.
• Liaise with government authorities, court clerks, and legal experts as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, HR, finance) for case preparation and risk assessment.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress and expected outcomes.

Nationality: Emirati (UAE National)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited UAE or international university.

License: Registered and licensed to appear before UAE courts (Federal and/or local courts).

Experience: 2–7 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil, commercial, criminal, or labor law.

Language Skills: Excellent command of Arabic (required) and good proficiency in English.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, civil and criminal procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
