Leaves Absenteeism Management.-Salary, Advance And Other Allowance Management. Updating Leave Cards Through Biometric And Manual.-Take Care Of Fun With Learning And Lets Say Something Activities.-Presenting HR Presentation During Monthly Meeting.-Ensure All HR Records And The Database Are Kept Up To Date, Maintaining Employee Personal File And Records.-Ensure All Joining Formalities Till The Candidate Is On Board.-Maintain Marketing Data-Tour Management-Generate Employee Offer Letter/Appointment Letter/Confirmation Letter/Appraisal Letter/Relieving Letter/Experience Letter/Absconding Letter/Termination Letter/Warning Letter.-Update Maintain Complete/Accurate Personnel Records. Updating Status Of New Joining Left Employees On Monthly Basis.-Accept Resignation Letter Issue Clearance Certificate. Full Final Settlement.
