-End-to-end recruitment

-Handling Preliminary Rounds Of Interviews, Followed Ups For Interview, Feedback Joining, Carried Out Negotiation And Catered To Post Offer Follow-Up. Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Employment Agreement, Access Card, Employee Manual.

-Plan And Execute Induction For New Employees. Complete Joining Formalities For The New Members Complete All Documentation Requirements.

-Ensure Email-Id, Access Cards, Seating Place And Computer Are Organized For The Member. Maintaining And Updating Attendance Through Manual And Bio-Metric. Preparing Monthly Payroll Sheet.

-Handling Distribution Of Salary Slip.

-Leaves Calculation.

-Handling Employees Grievance Resolved Concerns Relating To Salary, Office Timing, Leave/Absent, PF, ESIC Etc. Leaves Absenteeism Management.

-Salary, Advance And Other Allowance Management. Updating Leave Cards Through Biometric And Manual.

-Take Care Of Fun With Learning And Lets Say Something Activities.

-Presenting HR Presentation During Monthly Meeting.

-Ensure All HR Records And The Database Are Kept Up To Date, Maintaining Employee Personal File And Records.

-Ensure All Joining Formalities Till The Candidate Is On Board.

-Maintain Marketing Data

-Tour Management

-Generate Employee Offer Letter/Appointment Letter/Confirmation Letter/Appraisal Letter/Relieving Letter/Experience Letter/Absconding Letter/Termination Letter/Warning Letter.

-Update Maintain Complete/Accurate Personnel Records. Updating Status Of New Joining Left Employees On Monthly Basis.

-Accept Resignation Letter Issue Clearance Certificate. Full Final Settlement. Conducting Exit Interview.

-Issue Relieving Letter, Experience Certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
