The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution, site management, planning, and billing with a proven track record of delivering projects within time, cost, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and monitor construction activities to achieve project milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution.</li><li>Manage workforce, subcontractors, and resources effectively to optimize productivity.</li><li>Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills, measurements, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate project records including site reports, progress reports, and billing data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.</li><li>Support project manager in overall project execution and timely delivery.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of construction execution, planning, and billing processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (preferred).</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.</li><li>In-depth understanding of civil engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.</li></ul>Eligibility:<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in construction industry/site execution.</li><li>Hands-on experience in site execution, planning, and billing.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;50,000.00 per monthShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on site experience and a solid foundation in civil engineering principles.
