This dual role ensures smooth project execution by coordinating site activities, overseeing the financial record-keeping, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:Site Coordination Duties:<ul><li>Project Management Support: Assist in coordinating all site activities and ensure smooth project execution. Maintain site schedules and assist in managing construction or operational teams.</li><li>Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.) and the project manager.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Supplies: Oversee the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to the site, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.</li><li>Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring they are updated regularly and shared with relevant stakeholders.</li></ul>Accounting &amp; Financial Duties:<ul><li>Budgeting: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs stay within budget and reporting any discrepancies to the senior management.</li><li>Invoice Management: Process invoices from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are accurate and paid on time.</li><li>Accounting Records: Maintain and update financial records related to site expenses, including receipts, payments, and invoices.</li><li>Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow for site operations, ensuring that there is enough liquidity for ongoing activities.</li><li>Payroll Management: Process payroll for site employees and ensure timely payment.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports for project stakeholders, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant financial data.</li><li>Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws, including filing necessary reports and submitting documents to relevant authorities.</li><li>Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: At least 3&ndash;5 years of experience in site coordination, construction, or operations, with a strong background in accounting or finance.</li><li>Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with different teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage both site activities and financial records accurately.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions to keep the project on track.</li><li>Knowledge of Local Regulations: Familiarity with local construction regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards is a plus.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Leadership: Ability to lead small teams, maintain motivation, and work in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.</li><li>Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and on-time deliveries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
