Job Summary: We are a small business seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our day-to-day accounting operations. In our close-knit environment, every team member plays a critical role, and we value individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to the overall success of the company.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role, be proficient in NetSuite, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks with care and accountability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately in a timely manner</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation</li><li>Enter, manage, and verify financial data in NetSuite ERP system</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve discrepancies</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or in a similar accounting role</li><li>Proficiency with NetSuite</li><li>Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small team</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Core Values &amp; Traits:<ul><li>Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all financial and professional responsibilities</li><li>Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable</li><li>Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments</li><li>Comfortable working in a small business environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential</li></ul>Work Location: In person
