The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations to ensure a productive, well-organized, and efficient workplace. This role involves supervising office staff, managing office resources, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting management in maintaining a smooth operational flow.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Office Operations<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).</li><li>Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Staff &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.</li><li>Support onboarding processes for new employees (orientation, desk setup, access, etc.).</li><li>Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external partners.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
