The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations to ensure a productive, well-organized, and efficient workplace. This role involves supervising office staff, managing office resources, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting management in maintaining a smooth operational flow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Staff & Team Coordination
- Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees (orientation, desk setup, access, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
