The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations to ensure a productive, well-organized, and efficient workplace. This role involves supervising office staff, managing office resources, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting management in maintaining a smooth operational flow.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Staff & Team Coordination

  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees (orientation, desk setup, access, etc.).
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external partners.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
