Job Summary:

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting management and staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining efficient office systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping (both physical and digital).
  • Draft, review, and format official letters, reports, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management as required.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of administrative or executive-level office experience (experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ); familiarity with office management software and digital filing systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional local language proficiency is an advantage).
  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
