Overview
The Learning Technology & Innovation (LTI) Team is focused on modernizing the US Member Firm’s learning architectures and its related processes as well as helping contribute to a streamlined learning technology ecosystem for the future. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on achieving the US Member Firm’s learning vision and strategy by developing solutions that enable top-notch growth and development opportunities for our professionals. Key work activities you will execute include:
- Consulting with L&D and business stakeholders to capture and define next-gen learner experiences and requirements
- Defining system requirements and user stories for learning technology solutions in partnership with our partner teams (e.g., Deloitte Technology)
- Partnering closely with partner teams to follow standard technology requirements and processes
- Conducting research in support of recommended learning technology solutions
- Assisting with testing and system integrations with other Deloitte processes and systems
- Help develop learning technology POVs, frameworks, and other key deliverables pertaining to the innovation roadmap
- Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Role Expectations
- Understand high level system architecture and ability to quickly grasp tech stack concepts
- Facilitate project/product design sessions including collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements gathered from L&D stakeholders.
- Apply business systems analyst expertise to help define system requirements and user stories in partnership with our Technology team collaborators
- Structure, review, and validate deliverables, analysis, and recommendations in accordance with Deloitte/L&D methods and standards.
- Leverage standard requirements gathering/development/testing processes and unitize their standard tools (e.g., requirements templates, sprint scoping/backlog tracking tools, test plans, defect tracking tools, etc.)
- Assist with the management of setting up and testing integrations with other Deloitte processes and systems.
- Develop recommendations to build/buy solution (e.g., synthesize analysis, provide recommendations along with pros/cons/considerations)
- Participate in infrastructure activities to define current, future, and interim state of our learning ecosystem and learner experiences.
- Facilitate/review conversion of business requirements into design of learning technology POVs, frameworks, and other designs related to the definition and implementation of the L&D technology innovation roadmap.
- Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Provide regular updates on project status and project lifecycle as well as manage mitigation of risks and issues. Plan and develop key project communications.
- Conduct primary research to capture the of voice of learners and stakeholders including designing data collection methods, performing data collection (e.g., focus groups, surveys, interviews), and conducting evaluation and synthesis/reporting of research results.
- Anticipate project risks/issues and discuss mitigation strategies with team members and stakeholders.
- Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues.
- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Help to ensure team-wide and project level KPIs/metrics are met.

- Ability to help identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in L&D technology and its supporting processes.
- Intellectual curiosity about technology and learning related topics; strives to sustain knowledge on learning and/or technology trends (e.g., innovation, existing and emerging technologies, ecosystems)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 13 years of related professional experience, preferably in consulting or professional services setting
- Demonstrated end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Experience and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model supporting US and global clients
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Experience in creating PowerPoint materials for client audiences that reflect best practice communication and change management approaches
- Ability to work 2pm - 11 pm IST work shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a learning and development and/or with corporate learning technology systems
