Job Title: Timekeeper &ndash; Site Office (Abu Dhabi)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Construction / Contracting Joining: ImmediateJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of workforce attendance, working hours, overtime, and site manpower reports. The candidate will coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and HR to ensure proper documentation of labor attendance and payroll-related data.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance records for all site employees and laborers.</li><li>Record and monitor working hours, overtime, leave, and absences.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and HR department regarding manpower data.</li><li>Update and maintain records in Excel sheets and company systems.</li><li>Ensure accurate data for salary processing and payroll support.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of labor records and documentation.</li><li>Assist site management with administrative tasks related to workforce tracking.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum12&ndash;2 years experience as a Timekeeper in construction projects (preferably in UAE).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports).</li><li>Arabic language is mandatory; good communication in English.</li><li>Good organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to work in site office environment.</li><li>Available to join immediately.</li></ul>Send CV to hr@mtec.aeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).</li><li>5-10 years of UAE experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on QA &amp; QC in high-rise buildings, luxury villas, and large residential developments.</li><li>Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.</li><li>Proven experience in QA &amp; QC processes specifically for MEP systems, including inspections, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant MEP software.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international quality standards for MEP systems in the UAE.</li><li>Driving License in the UAE is preferred.</li><li>Civil Defense certification is preferred.</li><li>Certificate Equivalency (if applicable) from the UAE Ministry of Education is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to resolve technical and quality issues effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package as per company standards.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>Exposure to high-profile, challenging projects in the Middle East.</li><li>Employment Visa &amp; Insurance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
