Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Emirati Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR, accounts, procurement, and site teams.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist visitors professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and monitor office requirements.
  • Support document control and employee records management.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Assist management with administrative support and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and teamwork skills.
