We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ELV System Engineer with strong expertise in Video Management Systems (VMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the design, installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise-level CCTV and security management solutions, particularly Milestone, Genetec, Pelco, and Samsung SSM platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain Video Management Systems (VMS) including Milestone, Genetec, Pelco, and Samsung SSM.</li><li>Deploy and support IP CCTV surveillance systems, video analytics, storage solutions, and network infrastructure.</li><li>Configure cameras, recording servers, workstations, video walls, and centralized monitoring systems.</li><li>Perform system integration with access control, intrusion detection, intercom, and other security systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system performance issues.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks for security systems.</li><li>Prepare system documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and technical reports.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for implementation and support activities.</li><li>Provide technical support, training, and system handover to end users.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, cybersecurity requirements, and industry standards.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in CCTV, ELV, or Physical Security Systems.</li><li>Proven experience with:</li><li>Milestone XProtect</li><li>Genetec Security Center</li><li>Pelco Video Management Systems</li><li>Samsung SSM (Smart Security Manager)</li><li>Experience in large-scale CCTV deployments and system migrations is preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, and fiber optic networks.</li><li>Experience with Windows Server environments and storage solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of video analytics, camera technologies, and recording architectures.</li><li>Familiarity with access control systems and security integrations.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications<ul><li>Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCITP) or equivalent.</li><li>Genetec Technical Certification.</li><li>Microsoft, Cisco, or networking certifications will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE when required.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Air Ticket as per company policy</li><li>Professional Growth and Training Opportunities</li></ul>Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

ELV System Engineer (VMS Specialist)

Job Summary: MAB Information Technology LLC, Dubai, UAE is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Network Engineer to join our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in networking and ELV system integration, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and other low-current systems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure</li><li>Support ELV system deployment such as CCTV, access control, intercom, and structured cabling</li><li>Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)</li><li>Support senior engineers during project execution and site activities</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of network layouts and system configurations</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project requirements</li><li>Follow safety and company procedures during site work</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field</li><li>Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching)</li><li>Understanding of ELV systems is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with tools and cabling standards is a plus</li><li>Willingness to learn and work on-site across UAE</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Cisco, MikroTik, or similar networking systems</li><li>Understanding of CCTV systems and structured cabling</li><li>Ability to read basic technical drawings</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500/- per month</li><li>Accommodation provided by the company</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and hands-on experience in ELV projects</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
