Helper - CCTV Projects

We are looking for Helper – CCTV Projects, responsible for assisting CCTV technicians and engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV and other ELV systems. The role involves supporting site activities, handling materials and tools, cable pulling, housekeeping, and ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CCTV technicians in the installation of CCTV cameras, brackets, cabinets, and associated equipment.
• Support cable pulling, cable dressing, conduit installation, trunking, and cable tray works.
• Assist in drilling, mounting, and fixing equipment as instructed.
• Transport materials, tools, ladders, and equipment to and from work locations.
• Load and unload project materials safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after project completion.
• Assist in labeling cables and organizing project materials.
• Support technicians during testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of project materials to prevent damage.
• Follow daily work instructions from the Site Supervisor or Lead Technician.
• Report damaged tools, equipment, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist in stock movement and material verification at project sites.
• Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, electrical, or ELV projects is an advantage.
• Freshers with willingness to learn may also be considered.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in construction, electrical, CCTV, or ELV projects.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of construction or electrical site work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting project materials.
• Ability to work at project sites under supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn CCTV and ELV installation practices.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
