Manage the end-to-end customer experience, including resolving complex service inquiries and warranty claims.</li><li>
Coordinate procurement of essential shop supplies to maintain uninterrupted operational capacity.</li><li>
Facilitate the growth of the department by actively participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.</li><li>
Streamline administrative processes by managing repair orders and documentation with high attention to detail.</li></ul><b>
