Warehouse Logistics Specialist

As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by ensuring the seamless movement of materials and finished goods. You will utilize advanced scanning technology and material handling equipment to maintain inventory accuracy and support our production goals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure optimal production flow.
• Maintain precise digital records of all inventory transactions using RFGen scanning systems.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections on incoming shipments to verify accuracy and documentation.
• Safely operate industrial equipment to transport goods, ensuring all loads are secured and optimized for efficiency.
• Proactively identify and report workplace hazards to maintain a secure and compliant facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor or contractor discrepancies quickly.
• Manage workspace cleanliness and waste disposal to uphold high operational standards.

Required Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and bending for extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a constant state of alertness and adhering to all PPE safety protocols.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Prior experience utilizing RF scan guns for inventory management.
• Proven ability to identify process improvements that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment.
