The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry regulations

 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Chemical Analysis:
 
 Perform qualitative and quantitative testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as
 
 HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, ICP-MS, and titration
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Method Development &amp; Validation:
 
 Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods to ensure accuracy, precision, and reproducibility in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Quality Control &amp; Compliance:
 
 Ensure all testing meets
 
 GMP, FDA, USP, NSF, and other industry standards
 
 for nutraceuticals.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stability Testing:
 
 Conduct stability studies to assess product shelf life and identify potential degradation pathways.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Documentation &amp; Reporting:
 
 Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including test results, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and investigation reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Troubleshooting &amp; Problem-Solving:
 
 Identify and resolve analytical challenges, instrument issues, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with the Quality, R&amp;D, and Production teams to ensure product consistency and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Instrument Calibration &amp; Maintenance:
 
 Ensure analytical instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Regulatory Support:
 
 Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in an analytical chemistry role within the
 
 nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food &amp; beverage industry
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, ICP-MS, and other analytical instrumentation
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 GMP, FDA, USP, and regulatory guidelines
 
 for nutraceuticals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 method development, validation, and troubleshooting
 
 .
 </li>
