Procurement Manager - Personal Care

Mackenzie Stuart is working in partnership with a market leading Personal Care Contract Manufacturer seeking a Procurement Manager. The role is responsible for all aspects of procurement and sourcing strategies related to packaging, raw materials and indirect spend.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans for chemical supplies, raw materials and packaging components.
• Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; manage supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best cost and delivery conditions.
• Oversee and support purchasing staff.

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' of procurement experience in the beauty industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
