Job Summary Join our dynamic dental practice as a Pediatric Dentist, where your expertise will shine in providing exceptional patient care! You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring that our patients leave with bright smiles and improved health. Your passion for dentistry and commitment to patient satisfaction will help us create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of pediatric dental services.</li><li>Utilize advanced technologies such as digital x-rays and digital scans.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency during treatments.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest quality care.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution and specialty in pediatric dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Open Dental.</li><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and experience.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to pediatric patients.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical documentation processes is a plus.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our team can thrive both professionally and personally!
