Job Summary
Join our dynamic dental practice as a Pediatric Dentist, where your expertise will shine in providing exceptional patient care! You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring that our patients leave with bright smiles and improved health. What you’ll do

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of pediatric dental services.
  • Utilize advanced technologies such as digital x-rays and digital scans.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency during treatments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest quality care.

Basic qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution and specialty in pediatric dentistry.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Open Dental.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to pediatric patients.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical documentation processes is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $117,711.17 - $141,759.69 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
