With an in-house design department, we specialize in design-build projects.As a Project Assistant at MZT, you will partner with our Project Managers and other divisions to work on creating and updating project documentation across multiple projects simultaneously. You will interact with company leadership to gather information on project milestones and deadlines and participate in project meetings to take notes on important data/facts related to each project. Over 20% of MZT&rsquo;s key leaders started in the field.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining construction project documentation including schedules, budgets, and other various documents.</li><li>Collect, review, and input project data into project filing systems</li><li>Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.</li><li>Prepare reports, meeting notes, and scheduling updates for project teams and management.</li><li>Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and internal departments.</li><li>Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Scheduling Department.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:Required:<ul><li>1-3 years of administrative or project support experience (construction industry preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field</li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>Hourly: $28-$32/Hour</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums 100% paid for you and your dependents </li><li>Life Insurance (100% premium paid by the company for the employee only)</li><li>401(k) with 100% match up to 4% of salary</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>EEOWe&rsquo;re dedicated to creating a respectful workplace that values diversity and offers equal employment opportunities for all qualified candidates.
