Overview Madison Lawn &amp; Landscape is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support daily operations within the property services department. This role serves as a central point of coordination between customers, service teams, and internal operations to ensure schedules run efficiently and clients receive a high level of service.QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>2- or 4-year degree in business or a related green industry field and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a business office with customer-related responsibilities.</li><li>Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Knowledge of green industry best practices is preferred</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Support<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and providing timely, professional support</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within company systems</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding upcoming services, including scheduling updates and follow-ups</li></ul>Operations &amp; Dispatch<ul><li>Build and manage service schedules across all property service lines</li><li>Utilize routing software to create efficient daily routes and maximize productivity</li><li>Ensure service teams are informed of daily assignments and expectations</li><li>Monitor field activity and provide real-time support to crews as questions arise</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Prepare and deliver property service quotes for residential and commercial clients</li><li>Assist in converting inquiries into scheduled services through clear communication and follow-through</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS<ul><li>$50,000 Annually DOE</li><li>Paid time off and Holidays</li><li>Opportunity for occasional remote work based on responsibilities and performance</li><li>Company-provided computer &amp; cell phone</li><li>Safe Harbor 401k with company match</li><li>Health Insurance Consultation</li></ul>Here&rsquo;s What To Know About Working HereMadison Lawn &amp; Landscape of Sioux Falls is a team-oriented organization committed to delivering exceptional service to clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
