Madison Mortgage is looking for a VP, Technology Operations to work alongside our Chief Technology Officer to support our fast-growing, high-energy mortgage organization. This is an on-site role for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys being a go-to technical resource for internal teams.If you&rsquo;re passionate about technology, enjoy working directly with end users, and have experience supporting mortgage operations and Salesforce environments, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a senior member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining day-to-day technology operations while helping scale systems as the company grows.<ul><li>Provide advanced technical support to internal users, including moves, adds, and changes</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for help desk escalations and complex troubleshooting issues</li><li>Lead onboarding for new hires, including system access, hardware setup, and application support</li><li>Administer and support Salesforce, including user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal stakeholders</li><li>Support mortgage-specific systems and applications (LOS, CRM, third-party integrations, etc.)</li><li>Document, track, and resolve technical issues using the company&rsquo;s CRM/ticketing system</li><li>Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve system outages and performance issues</li><li>Assist with testing, rollout, and implementation of software updates and system enhancements</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and system efficiency</li><li>Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved and users are satisfied</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years of technical support or help desk experience, preferably in a financial services or mortgage environment</li><li>Strong Salesforce experience (user support, troubleshooting, reporting, workflows, or administration)</li><li>Prior experience supporting mortgage industry systems and sales-focused teams</li><li>Advanced troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and SaaS applications</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to interact confidently with sales leadership and production staff in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows-based environments</li><li>Salesforce Administrator experience or certification</li><li>Experience supporting a high-volume sales organization</li><li>Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Location<ul><li>On-site position in Garden City, NY (Long Island)</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM and after hours / weekends as needed / not often but can happen</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsCommensurate with experience Competitive benefits package Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, expanding companyJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Garden City, NY 11530 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
