Madison Mortgage is looking for a VP, Technology Operations to work alongside our Chief Technology Officer to support our fast-growing, high-energy mortgage organization. This is an on-site role for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys being a go-to technical resource for internal teams.

What You’ll Do
As a senior member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining day-to-day technology operations while helping scale systems as the company grows.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal users, including moves, adds, and changes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for help desk escalations and complex troubleshooting issues
- Lead onboarding for new hires, including system access, hardware setup, and application support
- Administer and support Salesforce, including user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Support mortgage-specific systems and applications (LOS, CRM, third-party integrations, etc.)
- Document, track, and resolve technical issues using the company’s CRM/ticketing system
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve system outages and performance issues
- Assist with testing, rollout, and implementation of software updates and system enhancements
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and system efficiency
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved and users are satisfied
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical support or help desk experience, preferably in a financial services or mortgage environment
- Strong Salesforce experience (user support, troubleshooting, reporting, workflows, or administration)
- Prior experience supporting mortgage industry systems and sales-focused teams
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and SaaS applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with sales leadership and production staff in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows-based environments
- Salesforce Administrator experience or certification
- Experience supporting a high-volume sales organization
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments
Schedule & Location
- On-site position in Garden City, NY (Long Island)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and after hours / weekends as needed / not often but can happen
