About HOTWORX: HOTWORX is a revolutionary fitness studio that offers virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts 24/7. Our team is passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals while creating a motivating, results-driven studio culture.Position Overview: The Shift Lead plays a key role in leading daily studio operations, supporting team communication, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-minded, and a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Team Alignment &amp; Communication<ul><li>Keep team members aligned with daily goals, tour flow, and sales objectives.</li><li>Maintain clear communication and consistent energy throughout the shift.</li></ul>2. Agreements &amp; Follow-Ups<ul><li>Review new agreements daily and ensure completion.</li><li>Reach out to members to finalize agreements via app or in-studio.</li><li>Follow up with prospects and no-shows using call/text templates.</li><li>Track and report guest pipeline to the manager as needed.</li></ul>3. Outreach &amp; Guest Engagement<ul><li>Ensure staff completes daily outreach to potential members.</li><li>Actively represent HOTWORX in the community to drive new traffic.</li><li>Deliver a high-energy, personalized experience to all guests.</li></ul>4. Social Media<ul><li>Create and film at least 4 TikToks weekly to showcase workouts and studio culture (requires approval before posting).</li><li>Post 3 engaging Instagram stories daily.</li><li>Encourage staff and members to join in content creation.</li></ul>5. Accountability &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Set the tone for professionalism, enthusiasm, and engagement.</li><li>Hold team members accountable for performance and outreach.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth and communicate feedback effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (fitness or retail setting a plus).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Passionate about health, wellness, and community engagement.</li><li>Comfortable with social media content creation.</li><li>Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented.</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Commission Paid</li><li>Free HOTWORX membership</li><li>Growth opportunities within the studio network</li><li>Fun, fitness-focused work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 32 per weekWork Location: In person
