Position Overview:
The Shift Lead plays a key role in leading daily studio operations, supporting team communication, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-minded, and a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Alignment & Communication

• Keep team members aligned with daily goals, tour flow, and sales objectives.
• Maintain clear communication and consistent energy throughout the shift.

2. Agreements & Follow-Ups

• Review new agreements daily and ensure completion.
• Reach out to members to finalize agreements via app or in-studio.
• Follow up with prospects and no-shows using call/text templates.
• Track and report guest pipeline to the manager as needed.

3. Outreach & Guest Engagement

• Ensure staff completes daily outreach to potential members.
• Actively represent HOTWORX in the community to drive new traffic.
• Deliver a high-energy, personalized experience to all guests.

4. Social Media

• Create and film at least 4 TikToks weekly to showcase workouts and studio culture (requires approval before posting).
• Post 3 engaging Instagram stories daily.
• Encourage staff and members to join in content creation.

5. Accountability & Leadership

• Set the tone for professionalism, enthusiasm, and engagement.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and outreach.
• Identify opportunities for growth and communicate feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (fitness or retail setting a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and community engagement.
• Comfortable with social media content creation.
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
