Centre Head &ndash; Pre-School1. Academic Leadership<ul><li>Ensure high-quality early childhood education as per the curriculum and school standards.</li><li>Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and child development milestones.</li><li>Support and guide teachers in implementing age-appropriate teaching practices.</li></ul>2. Centre Administration<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the pre-school centre.</li><li>Maintain records related to admissions, attendance, fees, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>3. Staff Management<ul><li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.</li><li>Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and leave.</li></ul>4. Parent Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for parents.</li><li>Address parent queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.</li><li>Conduct parent&ndash;teacher meetings and orientation programs.</li></ul>5. Child Safety &amp; Well-being<ul><li>Ensure a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for children.</li><li>Implement child protection policies and emergency procedures.</li><li>Monitor health, nutrition, and overall well-being of students.</li></ul>6. Admissions &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Oversee admissions process and documentation.</li><li>Support promotional activities and parent counselling.</li><li>Maintain enrolment targets as per organizational goals.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure timely submission of reports to management/HO.</li><li>Maintain statutory and audit-related records.</li><li>Follow guidelines issued by the management and education authorities.</li></ul>8. Infrastructure &amp; Resources<ul><li>Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, learning materials, and play areas.</li><li>Manage inventory and requisition of educational and operational supplies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
