Centre Head – Pre-School
1. Academic Leadership
- Ensure high-quality early childhood education as per the curriculum and school standards.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and child development milestones.
- Support and guide teachers in implementing age-appropriate teaching practices.
2. Centre Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of the pre-school centre.
- Maintain records related to admissions, attendance, fees, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
3. Staff Management
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and leave.
4. Parent Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents.
- Address parent queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct parent–teacher meetings and orientation programs.
5. Child Safety & Well-being
- Ensure a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for children.
- Implement child protection policies and emergency procedures.
- Monitor health, nutrition, and overall well-being of students.
6. Admissions & Marketing Support
- Oversee admissions process and documentation.
- Support promotional activities and parent counselling.
- Maintain enrolment targets as per organizational goals.
7. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management/HO.
- Maintain statutory and audit-related records.
- Follow guidelines issued by the management and education authorities.
8. Infrastructure & Resources
- Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, learning materials, and play areas.
- Manage inventory and requisition of educational and operational supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
