Job Title: Head Educator (Preschool)

Location: Patna
Reports to: Center Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Role Summary

The Head Educator ensures high standards of preschool education and smooth operations. Responsibilities include teaching, supervising Educators, conducting training, engaging with parents, and overseeing daily activities to foster holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes aligned with curriculum.
  
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
  
• Monitor child development milestones and provide support where needed.
  
• Supervise Educators, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and organize workshops/meetings.
  
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of preschool teaching experience.
  
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  
• Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum frameworks.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
