Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful sales.</li><li>Advise clients on property options and investment opportunities.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai&rsquo;s off-plan or secondary market.</li><li>Strong sales track record with successful deal closings.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or Chinese is a plus).</li><li>RERA certification and UAE driving license are a plus.</li><li>Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Basic salary + attractive commissions.</li><li>Qualified leads provided.</li><li>Training and full administrative support.</li><li>Visa and medical insurance.</li><li>Earliest commission payouts in the market.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
