Property Consultant (Off plan/ Secondary)

Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Advise clients on property options and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan or secondary market.
• Strong sales track record with successful deal closings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or Chinese is a plus).
• RERA certification and UAE driving license are a plus.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
