Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Business Development / Broker Relations Manager to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE property market, a strong network of real estate brokers and agencies, and a proven ability to build and manage high-value partnerships.

This role focuses on business growth, relationship management, and channel partnerships within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for expanding our broker network, onboarding new partners, conducting project briefings and presentations, managing broker commissions, and contributing directly to the company’s overall growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and agents across the UAE.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external brokers, ensuring they receive regular updates, marketing materials, and sales support.
  • Organize and lead broker meetings, events, and property site visits to foster engagement and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the broker network and onboard new partners effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure brokers have access to the latest project information and promotional tools.
  • Monitor broker performance, analyze sales data, and provide management with insights on productivity and lead conversion.
  • Manage and negotiate broker commission structures and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date broker database and ensure proper tracking of broker activities and transactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor launches, and regulatory updates to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in broker relations or business development within a real estate development company in the UAE.
  • Strong network of real estate brokers, agents, and brokerage firms across the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and sales procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
