About the Role:Major Developments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our off-plan sales operations in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with both internal teams and external brokerage partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, review, and process Sales &amp; Purchase Agreements (SPA), Expressions of Interest (EOI), and other sales documentation.</li><li>Handle property registrations on DLD, Oqood, and other government portals.</li><li>Manage and update the inventory list of available units, ensuring accuracy across CRM and sales teams.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain registrations of brokerage agencies and support agents with necessary documentation.</li><li>Generate, maintain, and analyze sales reports and trackers.</li><li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for client follow-ups, scheduling, and transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations for off-plan developments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role within a real estate development company (off-plan experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of SPA, EOI, DLD &amp; Oqood registration processes.</li><li>Experience in brokerage/agency registration and inventory management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a leading off-plan real estate developer.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your monthly salary expectations (in AED)?</li><li>What's your notice period (in days)?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>real estate developer: 2 years (Required)</li><li>SPA, EOI, DLD &amp; Oqood registration processes: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
