Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project life cycles to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business strategy.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company goals and profitability targets.
- Represent the company in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong network of contacts with consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
