Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project life cycles to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business strategy.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company goals and profitability targets.
  • Represent the company in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE.
  • Strong network of contacts with consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
