Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in joinery to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive in the joinery sector, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our high-quality adhesives / sealant / cutting machine products used for Joinery industry. The ideal candidate should possess minimum 2 years of experience in selling joinery products for, complete residential or commercial joinery with deep understanding of joinery processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the joinery market, including builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
  • Promote the company’s adhesives / sealant / cutting machine products and services to potential clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
  • Provide clients with product information, quotations, and lead times, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery and installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide accurate information regarding client orders, preferences, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the joinery, carpentry, or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, and processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
