Website: https://www.mafatlals.comAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning &amp; Development professional to design, implement, and support employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify training and development needs through regular assessments and feedback.</li><li>Assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.</li><li>Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.</li><li>Maintain training MIS and reports &ndash; track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.</li><li>Partner with department heads to create role-specific development plans.</li><li>Support initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.</li><li>Monitor learning KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in HR with focus on Learning &amp; Development / Talent Development.</li><li>Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS is an added advantage.</li></ul>If interested, you can share your CV on recruitment@mafatlals.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>Do you have relevant experience of 4 yrs in L&amp;D?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
