About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and support employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs through regular assessments and feedback.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
  • Maintain training MIS and reports – track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with department heads to create role-specific development plans.
  • Support initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency frameworks.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.
  • Monitor learning KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR with focus on Learning & Development / Talent Development.
  • Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
