Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on first aid, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency response techniques.
• Train emergency staff (EMTs, drivers, call handlers, firefighters, volunteers) as per organizational standards.
• Demonstrate practical emergency procedures using mannequins, equipment, and simulation drills.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, practical evaluations, and skill assessments.
• Update training materials and ensure alignment with national/international emergency care guidelines.
• Organize community awareness programs on safety, disaster preparedness, and emergency response.
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, assessment reports, and certification data.
• Coordinate with medical officers, training managers, and field supervisors to identify training needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
