Job Summary

The Master Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills across studio management, customer journey and experience, sales, events, and product experience. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background with a strong front desk sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage operational training. This role requires professionalism, leadership, and the capability to create an engaging learning environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct periodic assessments to ensure performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and HR teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Maintain updated training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance service quality and operational excellence.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage training reports, feedback, attendance, and documentation as per department guidelines.
  • Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in front desk operations and sales within the hospitality or health and wellness sector.
  • Proven experience in training, development, or operational leadership roles.
  • Experience handling operations and coordinating multi department activities.


Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to design engaging training content and conduct interactive sessions.


Strong organizational and time management capabilities.


Knowledge and interest in health, wellness, and holistic service standards preferred.
