Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with the product roadmap.</li><li>Translate business needs and customer feedback into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers to shape vision, scope, and release planning.</li><li>Partner with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.</li><li>Act as the go-to person for requirement clarification during sprint cycles.</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.</li><li>Continuously evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate on solutions.</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, operational workflows, and business goals.</li><li>Engage with business stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges across functions (Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.). Understand and Document &ldquo;As-Is&rdquo; business processes and identify bottlenecks, pain points, and gaps. Help in defining design and &ldquo;To-Be&rdquo; processes aligned with the business transformation roadmap. Facilitate business requirement workshops and facilitate cross-functional discussions.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and implementation partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.</li><li>Validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced product environments.</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Analytical and strategic mindset, with ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.</li><li>Hands-on experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business impact.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>CSPO/PSPO certification or equivalent Agile certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role.</li><li>Experience in mobility/logistics will be an added advantage.</li><li>Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and IT-enabled transformation projects.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;2,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
