Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Translate business needs and customer feedback into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to shape vision, scope, and release planning.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Act as the go-to person for requirement clarification during sprint cycles.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate on solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, operational workflows, and business goals.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges across functions (Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.). Understand and Document “As-Is” business processes and identify bottlenecks, pain points, and gaps. Help in defining design and “To-Be” processes aligned with the business transformation roadmap. Facilitate business requirement workshops and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
  • Collaborate with IT and implementation partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
  • Validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced product environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • CSPO/PSPO certification or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role.
  • Experience in mobility/logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and IT-enabled transformation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
