We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our front desk team and help provide an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude</li><li>Manage client check-ins and maintain the waitlist/queue for nail technicians</li><li>Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth client flow throughout the day</li><li>Answer phone calls and assist with appointment inquiries</li><li>Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and address basic client questions</li><li>Assist with light administrative and salon support duties as needed</li><li>Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable handling cash and payment transactions</li><li>Basic computer and phone skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Previous receptionist, front desk, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate enjoys working with people and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.
