• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00/2:00 PM
• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 1:00/2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Magic Nails is a busy, family-owned nail salon that has proudly served the Fitchburg community for over 25 years. We take pride in creating a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for both our clients and employees. We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our front desk team and help provide an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage client check-ins and maintain the waitlist/queue for nail technicians
• Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth client flow throughout the day
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment inquiries
• Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Provide excellent customer service and address basic client questions
• Assist with light administrative and salon support duties as needed
• Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members

Qualifications

• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and payment transactions
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous receptionist, front desk, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
