<ul><li>procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company&rsquo;s objectives.</li><li>Material Specification Review: Review and approve specifications and quantities of requested materials, ensuring compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Procurement Process Management: Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract execution.</li><li>Timely Delivery &amp; Compliance: Ensure the timely delivery of materials and services in compliance with project schedules and budgets.</li><li>Contract &amp; Supplier Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and supplier performance.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies in construction, MEP, and real estate sectors.</li><li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and other department heads to ensure optimal coordination and support.</li><li>MEP &amp; Civil Works Procurement: Oversee procurement for MEP and civil works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement staff.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (mechanical ).</li><li>Minimum of 2 to7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the construction industry in Dubai or other Gulf countries.</li><li>Proven expertise in MEP and civil works procurement.</li><li>Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.</li><li>Proven track record of managing significant budgets and achieving cost reductions while maintaining quality.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and relevant procurement software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>send cv atinfo.mohrc@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
