 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process
 
 high-volume PO and non-PO invoices
 
 (required experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Code invoices to GL accounts and cost centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile vendor statements and manage payment inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with weekly check runs, wire transfers, and audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain vendor records, W9s, and organized documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of AP or accounting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience handling
 
 high-volume invoicing environments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel and ERP system skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up abilities
 </li>
 </ul>
