Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling GST and TDS compliance, and supporting audits in line with Indian accounting and tax regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in Tally/ERP software.</li><li>Maintain books of accounts including ledger, journal, vouchers, and bank reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.</li><li>Handle GST filings &ndash; GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and e-invoicing.</li><li>Support TDS computation, payment, and quarterly return filing</li><li>Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.</li><li>Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and clients for accounting and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and Income Tax regulations.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting tools</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance in India</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
