Job Summary
Position: ACCOUNTANT
Role within the Company:
1.Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2.Document financial transactions by entering account information
3.Financial data collection, entry and report generation.
4.Deal with third parties, such as vendors, customers and financial institutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
1.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries
2.Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement
3.auditing
4.Full charge bookkeeping including all month and year end journal entries.
5. Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements f
6. Maintain employee records
7. Process payroll semi‐monthly, file all payroll taxes and forms monthly, quarterly and yearly as required by Federal and State laws.
8.Maintain all client accounts of time, billings and payments.
9.Collection of accounts receivable when necessary.
10. Prepare all monthly client invoicing and vendor payments
11. Reconcile credit card receipts and statements monthly.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Graduate
2. Previous job Experience in accounts in any institution
3. knowledge of Tally
4. knowledge of GST and E WAY BILL
5. knowledge of latest accounts related softwares, etc
Benefits
commuting expenses shall be sufficed under certain terms and conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
