Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise all civil work at the site as per drawings and instructions.</li><li>Manage and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and workers.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports and update management.</li><li>Check quality of work and materials used.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.</li><li>Ensure safety rules are followed at the site.</li><li>Manage material requirement and usage at the site.</li><li>Solve technical problems and provide quick solutions.</li><li>Support billing and measurement verification of work.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in site execution (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects).</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, quality, and safety.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD).</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
